Orders are subject to 50% surcharge if feceived after the return deadlind; the participant can't return the fee
Participate are requested to return necessay order forms to the relevant addresses by deadline indicated on each order form.
Do rmember to make a copy of the order forms for your reference before sending us a copy via EMAIL or FAZ.

All participants should register at the participant registration counter upon avvival at the examination centre to collect participant's kit that includes the following:
- participant badges
- 2 form

f. 檢定時考生或模特兒手機響起，該科以零分計
g. 模特兒必須為滿十五歲以上之女性，手肘以下不得有刺青等記號，違者該科以零分計
h. 模特兒左手五指微笑線中心最低點以下延伸的長度不得短於0.2公分，違者該科以零分計
i. 手部保養有任何一指未完成指甲油、亮光油者，該科以零分計
j. 指緣受傷、流血，該科扣三十分(事前已受傷者，請更換模特兒，否則一律視為現場修剪受傷)
k. 手部保養流程未確實操作，時間掌握不確實，計時結束前五分鐘即完成者，該科扣三十分
l. 手部保養流程上色部分，建議剩15分鐘時再開始上色，太早上色視同時間掌握不確實
m. 卸除指甲油前評審檢查指甲油上色是否確實，上色不確實(留邊超過0.1cm)者，該科扣十分
n. 應檢前模特兒左手五指須先上紅色指甲油，非紅色指甲油者，該科扣十分
o. 水晶指甲，有任何一指未拋亮處理或沒有製作水晶指甲者，該科以零分計
p. 彩繪抽考圖案畫錯或沒有製作水晶指甲者，該科以零分計
q. 彩繪圖案五瓣尖花項目，至少要有一朵是五瓣，沒有任一朵為五瓣者，該科扣三十分
r. 所有應考產品請於檢定全程放置桌上備查，查核時若產品有缺少，則該產品以不合格計算
s. 每一單科滿分以100分計，任一科未達60分者，評定為不各格，不發給證書
t. Pass rate between 60% to 70%
以沙龍服務客人為評分標準，錄取率約為 60%~70%

All participants mush sign up before 30 April and 31 October.
All stands information will be annouced in 10 May and 11 November


The examination result will be announced in 30 June and 31 December.

Certification paper application
Please apply the certification paper before 15 July and 15 January. The certification will be send in 31 July and 31 January
